5. GRAB A BITE OF OKPA
Your visit to Enugu is never complete if you don’t grab a bite of the famous Enugu okpa.
Okpa is very easy to find from roadside sellers and restaurants in Enugu. Made from Bambara nuts, the okpa in Enugu is especially delicious.
When washed down with a Coke, the meal is more enjoyable and healthy enough to keep you well-fed for the day.
It is very easy to prepare, as it requires a few ingredients, and it takes just about 45 minutes to cook.
While many people sell them wrapped in thin transparent nylon bags, the locals use banana leaves as a wrap.

One of the historic places on Enugu is the Old Government Lodge.
